Lammas - Tide










You are invited to a

Lammas-tide Celebration:

Saturday 1st August, 5 – 6 pm
Worship & Picnic in the Churchyard to celebrate and thank God for the grain harvest.

WHAT TO EXPECT

·     A simple act of worship, with a fire and symbols of God’s provision, followed by
·     The picnic you have brought, (which could include items produced from grain: bread, flapjacks, beer,)

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

·     Picnic & drinks for yourself and your family.
·     Chairs or rugs.
·     A written notice of names and contact details for your family, to be placed in the envelope at the event, and which will be held for 21days in accordance with Government guide-lines.
·     Hand-sanitiser and face mask.


TO KEEP US SAFE:

·     Enjoy each other’s company at a safe distance, and supervise the children.
·     Only share food within your family group.
·     Do not attend if unwell, displaying symptoms of Covid or if knowingly been in contact with a sufferer.
·     There will be no access to water, toilets, furniture, shelter, etc.

Lastly, please let us know if you hope to come, in case we need to cancel in the event of bad weather!
